The Iggy
A few years ago I stopped talking about hospitality projects and decided to build one.
The Iggy is a boutique hotel, café and creative base in Seseh, Bali. What began as a side project quickly became a crash course in construction, operations, design, branding, marketing and community building.
Unlike client work, there was nowhere to hide. Every decision carried real consequences, from the identity and guest experience through to staffing, budgets and day-to-day operations.
